I live nearby, and hence discovered this hidden gem mere weeks after it opened. Alas! A year later and us early customers cannot get a seat at all on a weekend! I have tried numerous Indian restaurants in the region over the years and Masala Bay just elevated the experience to a whole new level. I was oblivious to how varied, fragrant or subtle the many seasonings in Indian cuisine really could be, and I believe I have had "good" Indian cuisine in the past. The food here is prepared with true artistry. Make a reservation if you have any vague thoughts of Friday or Saturday dinner.
